Privacy Policy
SBA processes the information needed to run accounts, orders, payments, security and support. Social-media passwords are not required for the normal ordering flow.
Information processed
- Account details such as name, email and phone when provided.
- Order details such as service, quantity, public target link and customer-visible status.
- Payment identifiers and verification data returned by the configured payment provider.
- Technical data used for sessions, fraud prevention, traffic measurement and security logs.
- Messages or evidence submitted to customer support.
How information is used
Information is used to provide account access, calculate and fulfil orders, verify payments, show order history, prevent abuse, diagnose errors and respond to support requests.
Service providers
SBA may send the order details required for fulfilment to configured providers and uses third-party services for payments, sign-in, notifications and analytics. Those services process data under their own policies. Provider credentials and internal costs are not displayed publicly.
Cookies and sessions
SBA uses session cookies and, when selected, a remember-me cookie for account access. Analytics or advertising integrations may also set or read identifiers according to their configuration.
Security and contact
Do not send passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs or card PINs through SBA support. Contact support if you need help with account or order information.
